Raggamuffin Festival: 2016

Auckland, New Zealand’s premier music festival is back with the 9th edition of the Raggamuffin Festival.

February 2016 is shaping up to be an incredible month for roots-reggae music in the South Pacific, most notably, New Zealand. On the 20th of February, the Raggamuffin Festival will feature some of the biggest performers in the reggae, hip-hop and R&B genres. 489e6c24f9

Continuing the tradition of bringing the best and brightest talent to New Zealand, the 9th annual Raggamuffin Festival will feature headlining performances by UB40 featuring Robin and Duncan Campbell, Inner Circle, Maxi Priest, Beenie Man, Sly & Robbie, and Junior Marvin’s Wailers.

The festival will also include hip-hop and R&B performances by five time Grammy Award winner CeeLo Green, The Game, Macy Gray, Xzibit, House of Pain with Everlast and, one of the fastest rising pop-reggae singers, Spawnbreezie.

The Raggamuffin Festival will take place at Auckland’s Trusts Arena, featuring multiple stages, an outdoor village with carnival rides, eateries, concessions and art exhibits.
