One of the hardest working reggae acts from the United States is set to hit the road for another nationwide tour. Los Angeles, California’s Fortunate Youth are constantly on the road spreading their music and growing their fan base, one show, one city and one tour at a time.
After spending the winter and spring on the road, Fortunate Youth played select dates at festivals to stay busy over the summer. One of the main highlights was a main stage performance at the California Roots Music and Arts Festival, playing on the same stage that Jimi Hendrix burned his guitar at the Monterey Bay Pop Festival, during the song “Wild Thing”.
Now, Fortunate Youth will headline a 36-date, nationwide tour, traveling coast to coast from October 1st to November 14th. The tour will also include supporting acts Sensamotion from New Jersey and Stranger from San Diego, CA.
With a true roots-rock-reggae sound, Fortunate Youth puts on an incredible live show. Often times integrating guest vocals from fellow touring partner and bandmates, Fortunate Youth keeps the energy high in the crowd and encourages fan interaction at all their shows.
