After an ultra successful first edition of the Closer To The Sun Festival, Slightly Stoopid and Co. is back for year two! Taking place at the Now Sapphire Resort in Puerto Morelos, Mexico from December 15-19, 2015; the second annual festival will feature headliners Slightly Stoopid, SOJA, Iration, Pepper, Ozomatli, as well as special guests G. Love, Don Carlos, Karl Denson and Ian Neville.
Presented by Cloud 9 Adventures, The festival will be located just a 25 minute drive from the Cancun Airport at Now Sapphire to host Slightly Stoopid’s South-of-the-border adventure. 
Surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches and lush Mayan jungle, the festival grounds boast all the amenities of a luxury resort with an authentic feel, creating the laid back vibe of the event. When not enjoying an all-star lineup of music on the beach, guests can take advantage of all the resort has to offer including a full service spa, pools around the property, numerous bars and restaurants, recreational water activities, and more.

Ozomatli will kick things off on Tuesday, December 15th with the “Welcome Toast”, followed by Slightly Stoopid from 10pm-Midnight. Solo artist, Zach Deputy will be performing an intimate, late night session to conclude the opening night. Throughout the next three days, fans will get to experience Iration twice, Pepper twice, SOJA twice, and Slightly Stoopid two more times, including a special Sunset Show starting at 4:20pm on the beach in Mexico.
