Falling on Valentine’s Day, the annual music festival in south Florida also features Stephen “Ragga” Marley, Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley, and Julian “Juju” Marley, Jo Mersa Marley, Capleton, Tanya Stephens, Jesse Royal among other supporting acts.
