Auckland, New Zealand’s premier music festival is back with the 10th edition of the Raggamuffin Festival.
February 2017 is shaping up to be an incredible month for roots-reggae music in the South Pacific, most notably, New Zealand. On the 18th of February, the Raggamuffin Festival will feature some of the biggest performers in the reggae genre of the past, present and future.
Continuing the tradition of bringing the best and brightest talent to New Zealand, the 10th annual Raggamuffin Festival will feature headlining performances by Shaggy, Gentleman, Morgan Heritage, Etana, The Wailers, featuring Aston “Family Man” Barrett with Ky-Mani Marley, Kiwini Vaitai, Jah Maoli, and Conkarah.
Raggamuffin will also highlight a number of notable acts from New Zealand, featuring Six60, House of Shem, The Black Seeds and Lomez Brown, among others.
The Raggamuffin Festival will take place at Auckland’s Trusts Arena, featuring multiple stages, an outdoor village with carnival rides, eateries, concessions and art exhibits.
Tickets for this year’s one-day reggae music affair are available for purchase, starting at $129 for General Admission and $199 for VIP passes.
