Guam’s Trench Fest will bring the best island reggae acts back for the 2nd annual edition.
Live from Guam’s Greyhound Park in Yigo, Trench Fest is back for year number two, and the performing acts for this year’s edition will certainly be noteworthy. The event producers have brought together some of the best headlining bands from Hawai’i and New Zealand to be featured at the two-day event in the Pacific.
On January 15th, Hawai’i will be bringing the island sound to Guam as The Green and Maoli will be headlining the opening night of the festival. The following day, January 16th, New Zealand’s own Katchafire and Sons of Zion will be the featured bands to close out the festival in proper form.
During the first year of Guam’s Trench Fest, the festival included Iration, Fortunate Youth, Jordan T, Josh Heinrichs, Skillinjah, as well as, this year’s returning headliner The Green. The first year’s line-up was impressive, but to comeback even stronger for the second edition with the top-tier international reggae acts on this line-up is commendable for the producers and promoters.
Fans on Guam will be able to witness some of the finest music that Hawai’i and New Zealand have to offer, all together on a remote location on Guam.
Tickets for the festival are $35 for single-day passes and $60 for two-day passes. VIP tickets are also available for $155.
